Martin & Cobey accepts AGC Build South Award for work on Limestone County Courthouse

We were honored to accept the AGC Build South Award for Construction Management, Renovation Under $5 Million for our work on the Limestone County Courthouse.

Kelly Howard, project manager of the Limestone County Courthouse renovation, attended the Build South Awards Banquet in Birmingham on Jan. 13 to accept the award on behalf of Martin & Cobey. We are proud of Kelly’s fantastic leadership on this project.

Last week, Kelly presented the award to the Limestone County Commission.  We are appreciative of county leadership for the opportunity to work on this historic project, which has always and will continue to stand as the heart of our community. To us, this project is an example of how a community can come together and save some of its treasured history, making for a valuable and lasting investment for citizens of Limestone County. The renovations and modernizations made to the Limestone County Courthouse will make the building, originally built in 1916, usable for generations to come.
